Anyone identify the source of this image?

I posted this on Twitter a few hours ago:


And some people have been asking where it is. The answer to which is that I have _no idea_. I saw it over on absolutelymadness, which doesn't identify its sources. I don't even know if the text is correctly associated with the image - it could be from anywhere, and the text might be made up by the person that made it.

Google Image Search isn't helping either. Can anyone shed any light on where the origin might be?

A Google image search on grave, hands, wall got me a couple of links, including this one which suggests that it's in Holland (or possibly Germany or Austria). It does appear to be real.
