If you don't have these titles and if they're the GOTY versions with all the expansion packs then: ABSOLUTELY.
I've had Morrowind for ages and it still stacks up well as a Massive single player RPG, against more modern titles. I picked up Oblivion a couple of years ago on a deal and recently re-installed it. Another, monumental single player RPG. I picked up Fallout 3 in the last week and I am just about to take my first steps into Capital City.
Skyrim is £20 today. Unless you decide that you're an Elder Scrolls completist or your PC isn't up to Skyrim, I'd rather spend £20 on that than on Oblivion and Morrowind. Morrowind is ancient too - I seem to remember getting it thrown in with a graphics card about three PCs ago. Oblivion was ok but not a patch on Skyrim from what I've seen of Skyrim so far.
I was actually disappointed with Fallout 3. I thought I'd love it, and I persevered with it for quite some time. If I was looking for something to spend a tenner on today on Steam, I'd recommmend Deus Ex: Human Revolution if you don't already have it.
I found Magicka rather too hard, albeit as single player, and I think also the rapid combinations thing is something I'm less good at. But it does make me wish it had a difficulty scale.
Same here. I did pick up Borderlands+DLCs the other day, and haven't even fired up Steam since. Did play some WoW, though, and I pay $15/mo for that privilege. :)
Morrowind and Oblivion are excellent, but spending half an hour looking for and downloading a good set of mods (especially a decent texture pack for Morrowind and Unique Environments for Oblivion; I'm having a good time with the 'living' bonus-NPC-dialog packs for Morrowind too) will make them a lot better.

Magicka is also pretty good co-op fun for £2.
