I got 12 seconds into that before I really hated them! skipped to the good bit on mute, but it reminded me that I live very close to one of the best places in the UK to see Starlings do this; I really should head down and get some of my own film.

Aside, Starlings are a red listed bird (pdf) due to declines in the UK breeding population of more than 50% in the past 25 years. I remember my dad taking me to Newcastle city centre in the Autumn evenings when I was very young to see the murmuration over Northumberland Street and the City library, I severely doubt there's many starlings left there now.
