Yknow... there are 12 months and also 52 weeks in a year. 52/12 = 4 and remainder 4.

That means there are 4 spare weeks to distribute among the 12 months. So the once in 8 grillion years... ;)

I still don't know why they didn't go for 13 months of 4 weeks, with an extra day at the end of the year for New Year (two days every four years). Much simpler system...
