Father's Day
Jun. 18th, 2023 07:05 pmLovely card from Sophia this morning (with help from Jane).
Went to a picnic at Saughton Park so that Anindya and I could celebrate being dads together. (Along with Jane and Clare and all of our children).
There was then lots of playing in the playground - Gideon turns out to be excellent at climbing.
After that we came home and I helped Sophia tidy her bedroom for a visit of her friend from the other end of the street. Which went very well, and lasted much longer than we expected (they usually get tired very quickly during Sunday afternoon play dates).
All in all a very satisfactory Father's Day
