I woke up this morning, propped myself up on my pillow and the room promptly span anti-clockwise.
By which I mean that not only did the room feel like it was spinning, but my eyes kept tracking leftwards. This carried on for about 10 seconds of me feeling _really_ dizzy before I found that tilting my head to the left made the eye-tracking thing stop, and then the dizziness faded out.
Except that every time, for the rest of the day, that I've done anything other than sit still and face forward, the dizziness has kicked in. Leaning over/looking down instantly kicks it into high gear and starts me feeling nauseous.
I'm guessing an ear infection associated with the cold that's currently going around. Sadly, nothing I've taken has shifted it at all. I'm hoping it's gone by tomorrow, as there's not a chance I can actually walk _to_ the bus, let alone make it into work.
