Looking forward to Thursday already

Julie's away until Thursday evening, on an intensive PhD-related course. She's only actually 45 minutes up the road, but the course starts at 7:30am and finishes at 9:30 at night, so she's residential there for the three nights. I expect her to be exhausted, and I'll be lucky to get a 15 minute phone call in. So I shall be missing her, and intermittently grumpy.

Cool thing of the day

Google has started doing autosuggest on their main search page. They've had that in the Firefox search dropdown for a while, but it's cool that it's now hit the main site.

Not only is it nigh-instant, but the spellchecking is included - so typing in anderw brought back "andrew" as the top suggestion.

Very nice bit of work.
