I have a Tivo with a lifetime subscription. It is broken. I _think_ that the hard drive has gone, and needs to be replaced. I'm not 100% though. It runs Linux and has a network adapter in it, so playing around with it will probably provide some geek with hours of fun - and the best PVR I've ever used.

If anyone wants it then just shout.
