And my sympathy to all of the support/abuse people trapped on the front line between angry users and management. Dealing with this kind of situation isn't easy.

This evening _was_ going to be spent comforting an ill Erin, but Suze texted me with offers of seeing Biffy Clyro live for free. I have _no_ idea what they sound like, but as they're on the front coverof this week's List magazine I can't resist the chance to be momentarily in tune with Popular Culture.
