They do not eat pork, they practise male circumcision, they ritually slaughter their animals, some of their men wear skull caps and they put the Star of David on their gravestones.

Slightly worrying, I feel. If they're been at it for 2,500 why haven't they mastered it yet?

Oh dear.

They're probably following the practice = noun, practise = verb rule, and not realising that religion is an exception.

In fairness, religion is not the only exception. Any profession like medicine of law is also excepted. That is, a GP may practice medicine, but would you wouldn't want him practising on you.

OK Go seems to have a primary mission of making people happy.

For a long time, I've thought that giving Bach a music synthesizer would be a worthy use of time travel, but it's obviously also important to get the Beatles modern animation tools.

I've occasionally wondered what previous musical geniuses would make of modern musical instruments.

I'm not sure they'd do much more than existing musicians have done - but it would be fascinating to see!
