I would agree! I wouldn't say the roadblocks facing my students (I work with young people with dyslexia, autism, and other learning disabilities) are less or more than those facing persons with physical limitations, but they're definitely different. Critical thinking is everywhere, but so are stairs.

aboriginal
immigrant
fluency in a government official languages
mental health
geography (ie Northern Canada)
