  As teaching pastor Tom Holladay explains, spousal abuse should be dealt with by temporary separation and church marriage counseling designed to bring about reconciliation between the couple. But to qualify for that separation, your spouse must be in the "habit of beating you regularly," and not be simply someone who "grabbed you once."

Running out of grit... it could be worse. During the recent riots the Greek police had the problem that they (almost) ran out of tear gas (I think they got other countries to send them theirs as an emergency act).

"There definitely is a God"... now, how on earth can anyone be allowed to print an advert that claims something like that without the ASA being involved? Completely, and by definition, an insubstantiatable claim. Tsk.
