I just tried to reply to an email, but couldn't concentrate. So I thought I'd reply to an LJ comment, but I couldn't concentrate. So I thought I'd do an online quiz, but I couldn't concentrate.

So I'm going to go to bed.

Once I find something to read for five minutes that doesn't require concentration.

Next week I have a DWP assessment to decide if I am 'really' unwell or a 'parasite'. I am soooo scared that I don't want to go, but this would result in the same outcome as being declared 'fit'. I wish my Shira could accompany me.
