Left work early with a headache. Making an appointment to see my GP again, as blood sugar shennanigans are now near-constant.

Have spent the evening relaxing, watching half of Enduring Love, and parts of the 30 best political comedies.

This, by the way, is rule 34:

I was horrified to discover, after Phantom Menace was released, that there was Padme / JarJar Binks slash. Urgh on so many levels.

Enjoying Enduring Love? I liked it quite a lot more than I really expected to.

Good luck with the blood sugar...

Know all about that sort of thing being an anti-diabetic mutant (must consume huge quantities of sugar to burn off).

Most people don't seem to realise how disconcerting it is to get low blood sugar. I have found no good way to describe it except maybe a hangover without any pleasantness at all.

Careful old bean, blood sugar problems are usually attributed to diabetes or thyroid problems - neither of which is a pleasant thing to get. Myself, I find doctors can't find what to do with me. I consume huge quantities of sugar but have normal blood sugar levels - the rest gets burned straight off.
The fasting blood test is the one I hated most living in a constant state of hunger (I don't eat all the time though or I'd get to be 30 stone).
