Graduate Salaries

Standard Life, my benevolent employers base their salaries on the industry standard salaries, checking them twice yearly to make sure the pay grades are reasonable.

Which is why this is good news.

Of course, the salary average includes London. I dunno what the average outside there is, sadly.
