You can now go here to see where you are currently logged in from (and where you have been logged in from recently).  So if you're worried your account might have been hijacked, now you can check...

Also:

you will only see public entries when viewing another user's friends page. Your own friends page will continue to show the same content as it does today and will be the best place to read all the protected entries that are open to you. If you typically read content on the site on your own Friends' page or through a journal directly, you won't notice this change.

But if your account's been hijacked, wouldn't the first thing they do be to change your password... and so then you couldn't view that page anyway? Why would people be trying to hijack LJ accounts anyway. Just for the fun of being able to do it?
