My election prediction

Bush will get in, because not enough people are that fed up with Bush.

Things will get worse, with Bush pushing rightwards and christianwards until so many people are fed up that the next election is a landslide for the Democrats.

This will change the face of US politics in 4 years time, with the populace at large being less trusting of any political party.

My prediction's here, second post...

('tis a fun playhouse;)

Someone said that what those outside the US don't get about this election is that Americans are worried about security, not about Iraq. Looked at from that angle, no terrorist attacks on US soil since 9/11 equals success for Bush.

Still, I think Kerry will win, as I'm sure enough Americans are worried about the course Bush is on to switch to Kerry, as Kerry has come across as competent and, in a goofy kind of way, likable. (Plus he's taller than Bush;)

I dunno. I recall about 3000 American civilians dying under the Bush administration. I don't like people that are "Oops! It won't happen again."

Well, going by the poll in my journal, Kerry's winning by a long shot (but since internationals can vote in it, it's likely skewed). Plus, the BoSox won, and the Redskins lost, so maybe the sports coincidences mean a victory for Kerry. 9_9

Have they already forgotten the anthrax letters?

Well, evidently they have...
