So actually, we're overestimating him, because he's spectacularly bad at researching a problem space before leaping in.
Theresa May is preparing to surrender over plans to leave the Customs Union after Brexit
I'm still *really* fuzzy on these concepts which are quite important, but I thought that an open Irish border needed a single market, not just a customs union; I don't know if this implies that the govt would fold on that too, or not.
I don't know if labour actually shifted enough to vote for this, or if it's just wishful thinking (I kept hoping labour would oppose the government but...)
If we could lose May, Johnson and Fox at the same time that would be even better!
