I feel sad for him. But. If you don't like a law, there's a price for simply ignoring it.

I would argue that he was wrongly convicted in the first place and that all his subsequent convictions which stem from that initial conviction are (to use the word of David Allen Green) misconceived.

Being naked isn’t necessarily an offence in Scotland.
