Funniest and sickest thing I've seen in a while is the 'tributes' laid out to Miss Winehouse that use bottles of vodka rather than flowers. Seems akin to leaving tributes in the form of assault rifles in Norway!

Assuming you mean one is "legal" and one is "a contract between service and user" -- I found it baffling. Does it mean they will or will not delete abuse and impersonation?

It says "such as removing spam", but that doesn't mean spam is the only thing they would consider to affect the quality and long-term viability of the service. From a subjective standpoint, they might consider hate speech, or anything else, to affect it.
I mean on this side of the Atlantic, anyone who has ever been on a school trip will tell you that the back seats of a bus are the most sought after, reserved for the coolest of kids. Maybe that was what the driver was trying to enforce: "I'm sorry, you're too cool to sit at the front of the bus. This area is reserved for nerds and teachers."
