I went to YouTube. Performance was not good ;-). But it's impressive that it works at all - I assume it's a combination of overlaying the normal page with an opaque canvas, passing events through, and what I expect is an un-hardware-accelerated process of capturing the contents of the page behind the canvas element and rotating it.

Interestingly, didn't work at first, or not very well: it takes you to Google, which since I'm signed in decided to redirect me to that strange iGoogle homepage. But opening it in an incognito window showed me in all its delightful strangeness. Impressive.

(On a tangent, I'm really impressed with how useful Chrome's incognito mode is. I initially wrote it off as porn-surfing mode, but I've been startled how frequently I want to just quickly visit a normal site without any cookies, to check that a link works when I'm not logged in, or to see if some odd behaviour is specific to my login, or...)
