I'll definitely be getting two Wiis (we'll be a Wii-Wii household, and Nintendo needs to be signing up Michelle Wie as a spokesperson yesterday), but the PS3 is going to be a threat to the monthly budget about a year or so after it comes out.
I'll get a Wii not long after launch. As the prices come down, I will get a 360 as well. It does the shiny and the new Live Anywhere feature sounds very promising. I can't see a single reason to get a PS3. I got my Playstation 2 for GTA, and they've just announced that GTA 4 is out for 360 on the same day as the PS3 version.
I think that, whenever a new generation of console comes out, developers of first gen software tend to go OTT the new effects that the hardware allows with little concern for the overall aesthetic.
I think the plastic-y look of games like Kameo comes from a kitchen sink approach: dynamic lighting! bloom effects! refections! If they're all fairly easy to implement then why not chuck them in? I remember a similar obsession with particle effects on the PS2.

I can think of a few reasons for getting the PS3, but they're basically a list of games, not features (in fact, just like your reasons for getting a 360). The reasons I want to get a Revolution/Wii are for both the games and the gameplay features, in addition to the price point (presumed to be at $300USD or so). I'll let the hardcore gamers beta-test the PS3 and the 360 a year or two more until the prices drop; meanwhile the fiancee and I will be playing with my Wii.

XBox360 doesnt seem to offer much that I can't already do.
Wii intrigues. It'll be the price that makes it for me I think.

Thinks will settle down over the next few months.

a) Whee!
b) Why?!
*grin*
I'm not much of a console fan, but I <3 nintendo games more than all the rest, and therefore officially endorse your poll.
I have played with Xbox360, and consider it "meh" to the max.
