Who?
I was pointed to a Dr Who remix site, which has a variety of different mixes of the opening title music. Two of them stand out:
This mix takes you from the very first version of the titles all the way through to the new series, highlighting how much it's changed with the fashions of the times, this very silly version which uses a William Hartnell sample to good effect and best of all, this one answers the frequently-asked question "What if Michael Nyman had been asked to write the Dr Who title music?".

Though I'm not quite sure who / what inhabited / became / entered rose at the end of it. And I don't remember the Dalek god / emperor either....but it was still great nonetheless!

And Rose seemed to merge with The Tardis. In a great big Deus Ex Machina that made No Sense, but Didn't Really Need To.

Forget the magical glove compartment of arseness. The drama was much better than the plotting. I can live with it.
It was still 1000 times better than that Buffy finale. ;-)

And I know what you mean :D. It was great - I can't complain really :D. I just hope it doesn't become the usual season finale :P.
