That's the Telewest phone service cancelled.  I now just have VOIP.  Gosh, I feel so futuristic.

who are you using as a gateway to standard phone lines? Or are you only ever going to call VOIP -> VOIP ?

I'm using www.btbroadbandvoice.com

Which means that I just plugged the Cisco box into my hub, filled out a teeny webform and bingo - I had phone service.
