Oh, goodness.  A toilet in a glass cubicle.  Completely reflective from the outside, completely transparent from the inside.

Now that's bound to make you nervous.

How do you come accross such articles, I have bookmarked his site as I can read German, as for the toilet I am not sure if the mirror works effectivly in the dark when the light is on in side...

According to this BBC article (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/arts/3257370.stm), there are specific hours when this toilet is usable. Maybe that's how they get around the issue you describe.
