LJ ATE MY POST!!!!
I can give you the rundown on what Kirsty knows about metabolism/human biochem as related to diet if you really want sometime. I know WAY too much abotu this stuff.
Suffice to say that I think Andy's kidneys a probably safe (unless I get peckish).
