1) I am reminded of the memoir by the lawyer who handled John Lennon's US immigration case. He became a trusted personal advisor to both John and Yoko, largely because - this is more implied than stated - he was the only competent person in their entourage. John & Yoko were of course very well off, but not billionaire-level rich, and perhaps they could not, or didn't think they could, afford the level of ability and loyalty that the interviewee here says that people of their degree of fame need.
