In case you don't want your information shared more widely. I don't know whether it actually matters, but I've seen people irritated by it.

Ok. Normal. IF and only if, you can get to see those 184 services and reject either individually or by category (essential, technical, marketing etc). If not, it's not GDPR-compliant.

Fun fact, my current project at work is integrating a 3rd party data tracking consents component into the app and website of a major German retailer. There's been a lot of back and forth with the Legal department on precise details, despite that this is an out of the box solution by a German company designed for the EU.

The business just pretty much decided for TCF consents which is even more granular than GDPR...

5) The good news is that you can uninstall it now whereas, up until a little while ago, you had to turn if off in the Registry Editor. I'm hoping for regulations in this area that will be like the one on cookies.
