1, 5, 8 humans can be SO horrible
7 humans can also be sensible

6 - my natural breath rhythm is 6-7 breaths per minute, and ALWAYS from the diaphragm. No idea why, always been like this. I have a tiny ribcage and small lungs ("like a 12yr old" - an 80's 12 yr old at that!). There isn't much of me, maybe I just dont need much oxygen! I get to sleep really well, funnily enough.

6) I love box breathing. However, I want to add that it can feel stressful, particularly if you're not used to it or you already are in a stressful situation where box breathing doesn't work for you (like it requires too much thinking or it adds to the stress because you can't do it "right"). In this case, there are other breathing techniques that can come more easily (like several Pranayama ones for example).

8) Let's also remember that other countries have left migrants for dead (by ignoring their calls for help) or actively harmed and killed ones: France, Spain, Lybia,...
