Man. I dunno. I'd go see it, just to see what he turned it into. But if Terry Gilliam considers something too complex to film properly, I'm not convinced that some "X-Men" team screenwriter who thinks it would be kewl and has never directed a film before is the right guy for the job.

I'm kinda with you, but half of me thinks that someone who can take a completely new angle on it might be the best way to approach it.

Well, obviously the best way would be to do it as a tv-series, but failing that...
