They need to make sure that the cows don't get prevented from walking INTO their allowed zone if they somehow get out. I *assume* anyone making this sort of technology has figured this out by now. I am a bit nervous about the ways it can go wrong, but if it works it makes sense. You could even do the like for "please keep the cows off the footpath", potentially...
