I'm somewhat torn. I think like any other education, this is good for everyone, and "everyone has to pay for it themselves" is less good than "employer has to pay for it", but "government pays for it for all employers" would be even better. But right now shuffling it off onto universities is more like, shuffling the cost from the company to the employee :(

I think personal care for disabled and elderly is a great idea, but I would like it to include payment for a family member if you are lucky enough to have one that is both willing and good at your care.
