Make sure Jane eats and drinks enough too. One of my main associations with breastfeeding is being hungry almost all the time.

Also, if your main defense mechanism is to freeze whenever anyone looks at you, and pretend to be a stick, maybe don't complain that they can't see that you're not a stick all the time?
