Pro tip: Try not to terrify your customers.

I bought a bug vacuum to help deal with the flies that we're getting with the current weather*.

And although the reviews all say it's rubbish for spiders that aren't absolutely tiny, it's clearly aimed at people that don't like them.

Which doesn't really explain why the outside of the box has multiple pictures of really evil looking spiders on it. To the point where I feel deeply uncomfortable even touching it**.

It's one thing to advertise your product, but scaring away your customers is a bit much!

I have thought about a bug zapper. There were so many in the scullery that I resorted to the RAID spray last week (which left a satisfying number of corpses on the floor, but did mean that I had to let the dogs out through the conservatory instead.) I have found the fly papers from last year and must hang one as soon as I find the drill.
