I signed, and was a little surprised not to be asked for postcode/location; if they had, I would probably have used my mother's.

Favourite house listing: That's not far from me. Felton is a little town up in the mountainous woods above Santa Cruz. I know two people who live within a couple miles of that address.

By the way, the apparently insanely high price strikes me as actually pretty inexpensive for a house that size in our insane market, probably due to how isolated Felton is.

Bees

Bees are fascinating creatures. I recently read "A Sting in the Tale: My adventures with bumblebees" by Dave Goulson who is a bee researcher. It is a very entertaining, interesting and sometimes gruesome book, but above all enlightening, both in what we know about bees and what we don't.
