1. As someone with lung issues already, this is another thing to worry about.

3. Sounds good, and I worry about being able to confirm this since the Xi regime is flexing their anti-free press muscles against select US news services right now.

4. Richard Burr ought to be fired at his next re-election attempt.

6. GameStop can get stuffed, unless they can make a "mental health" case.

No, even if they do make a mental health case, you can buy games online from eg Steam without having to risk your life or someone elses...

Outstanding. I already only have the lung capacity of a 12 yr old (or at least I did when I was 18, probably worse now). And my 72 yr old dad gets breathless on normal walks now (no illnesses, is skinny, never smoked). Lets hope the damage can heal with time. For everyone.

Chapatti is even easier, and doesn't involve frying.

450g/1 lb chapatti flour or wholemeal plain flour
1 tsp salt
cold water

Mix the salt and flour in a large bowl.
Add water to the flour bit by bit and knead, until you have soft, stretchy dough.
Divide the dough into pieces (depends on how big you want each one)
Roll the pieces into balls, sprinkle a bit of flour on a flat surface and roll them out into a flat disc. There are dedicated chapati dishes, which are little flat things with a low rim, like a small pizza dish, I suppose; they do the shaping for you.But just rolling it out into a disc should do.

Heat up a griddle or fryng pan, put each chapatti on it and cook it until it is bubbling. THen turn it over (tongs, spatula, turner, whatever) and cook until you see brown spots.

That's it. They freeze perfectly well. Good with curry, obviously, or any stew. Can also be used as wraps.

"8 Counterintuitive Things That Helped Me Fix My Chronic Insomnia"

This is pretty much the same advice and treatment my sleep doctor and CBT sleep therapist told me to follow. I didn't find it counterintuitive but this isn't the point. Two other things: if you wake up and have trouble falling back asleep (so different kind of insomnia), follow the same advice. Get up, get out of your bed, do something relaxing and see if you feel sleepy again. And, from personal experience, when nothing works and you're exhausted, sleep when you can and forget about any schedule. You can't do this if you're mentally and physically at level zero and you don't get any quality sleep at all.

Some people can fall asleep as soon as their head hits the pillow no matter what. But if one is not one of those people, then not going to bed until you're really tired is an excellent suggestion.

Bread> useless, there is no flour as often as no bread. Fortunately most humans do not need bread to live

You can also make stuffed chapatti, which is basically some chapatti dough mixed with very finally minced vegetables (we like cauliflwer and potato in my household), with another very thin layer of dough on taop, and rolled flat. A chapatti pancake, basically. Then cook as normal, and eat with the usual yoghurt/vegetable sauce(whatever you may wish to call it) . CUcumber is the usual, but chopped four-angled beans are good too.
