Do you know how it interacts with proposals for an Edinburgh centre congestion zone for non-Edinburgh residents' cars?
Given the relationship between the council and Lothian buses and given the investment by Lothian buses in newer buses I also wonder if this is an attempt at manipulating the transport market in the wider Edinburgh economic area in favour of Lothian Buses.
