Nope. Outlook apparently doesn't know what a .ps1 is, so it's disabled file download altogether (I can't even find a way from the source). Is the file publicly available so that I can just grab it and go? Or if you want to try my GMail address (maybe Google won't disable file download on it?) I can PM that to you.
