As I am only porting through Europe, and so for the March 3, we noted it. It is a bit worrisome in that US is likely to retaliate against the entire EU if revocation is passed. Now since we increasing travel through Europe from Africa to North America, things are going to get interesting if EU commission goes through with the Parliamentary request.

What's with Corbyn anyway? Finally moving away from Blairite nonsense and you seemingly have someone who is utterly meh in actually DOING anything beyond it.

Quite simply, Corbyn didn't want or expect the job, and said as much during the initial stages of his leadership campaign. It was just his turn to be the token lefty standing for the role at that election, as Diane Abbot had in 2010 and John McDonnell did in 2005. He only got the job at all because the voting rules changed, but if he quits the other MPs won't allow another token lefty to be nominated. So even though he's utterly inept at the stuff a leader of the opposition needs to do, he has to stay in the job unless/until the makeup of Labour's parliamentary party goes hard left.
It would have been better for everyone, including him, if he'd been the one who stood in 2010 and Abbot had stood in 2015, rather than vice versa -- of all Labour's parliamentary left, she's by far the best media performer, and she wouldn't have cocked up the Brexit stuff nearly so badly.
