andrewducker | Abandoning Delicious

Yesterday, my Twitter and Facebook Pages that work off of Delicious both suddenly posted promoted links. I.e. ones that are basically adverts.

Today, they announced this on their blog.

Aaaaand that's me moved to Pinboard.

Oh for fuck's sake. Right. I shall go and set up a pinboard account... I'm assuming pinboard IS the best alternative?

Will do. I will have to get used to it being backwards on twitter, though (grabbing from, rather than feeding to).

Oh, and you can export from Delicious and then import to Pinboard.

And they just don't seem to learn why some of us use adblockers! :o(

Doing that without prominent advance notification is reprehensible.
