Bleeding LJ

So, I went to Stirling yesterday, spent 2 hours wandering the back roads with Ed and ending up near the Ice Rink - I've always wondered where it was, and I have to admit to still not being entirely sure - before heading up to see Joe at 8-ish. Sadly, I then had to catch the 9pm train back to Stirling so that I could be there for 10pm, stagger back to my flat for 10:30 and then discover that LJ wasn't working.

And then still wasn't working when I got up at 7:30 this morning.

My first impulse on discovering LJ was down - write an LJ post about how frustrating it was to be without :->

Well yes. But I've simplified a lot of things down into LJ, so that I don't have to worry about 15 different sites going down, just one.

Of course, as a single point of failure, it's not as reliable as I'd like...

It's always worth keeping an eye on the status page which is hosted elsewhere so normally works.

And hassle all your freeloading scum friends to spend the pittance that a paid account costs!

I checked the Status page. It had the square root of nothing useful on it.
