*cough* Tories finally persuaded to consider what the LDs have been pushing for for years and was announced as something to be planned for but not necessarily implemented this Parliament in either Osborne's 1st or 2nd budget...
I know the Indytab's given up on being a paper of record but there's no need to still give all the credit for good ideas to the Tories (because partially if it is merged and the tax threshold goes up again then immediate Living Wage with no fussing around).
