Anyone got an opinion on Les Miserables?
Having thoroughly enjoyed Chicago a few days ago we thought we'd try another musical and gave Les Miserables a go.
We've now watching the first 50 minutes, and not enjoyed any of it. I've not found any of the songs at at all entertaining, let alone memorable, the plot _could_ be entertaining, if it wasn't presented so turgidly, and I don't care about any of the characters.
Does it carry on in much the same fashion? Or shall I give it another chance tomorrow?
