I have an adjustable dress form. It's not bad, you can adjust for height and width at several points. The only problem is that the cup size is set at B. So I had to adjust it so the waist and hips were correct but the chest was WAAAAAAAAAAAAY too small, then put and old bra on it and stuff it with cotton wool...
