For starters, anyone seriously suggesting that Britain hasn't really changed much since 1990 hasn't been paying attention. Then you have the old manufacturing destruction canard-you've read Worstall's stuff on this, showing it as a %age of GDP makes it look bad, but it was still at a record high when she left office, it just grew less than other sectors, some of which didn't bloody exist in 1979 FFS.
then you have that chart showing how "bad" growth was in the 1980s, which clearly shows growth was higher then than in both the preceding decade and the two subsequent decades.
I mean, destroying her reputation in economics is an open goal, you don't need to get the facts blatantly wrong to do so, and unfortunately it means the several substantive good points in the article are easily lost. Ah well.
