Question: How much does it cost to touch-enable a screen?

I'm curious as to what the cost would be for laptop screen manufacturers to touch-enable them. Because I don't have a huge interest in a tablet*, and I'm not giving up my keyboard, but having touch as an option on a laptop would be handy.

So, for a 15" laptop, what kind of premium would need to be paid for touch-sensitivity?

*Well, not one under 12" - I'd want one for comic reading, and my preferred size for reading them is oversize hardback.

Pretty much all the new laptops I've seen advertised or written up seem to be touch these days, all the ultrabooks are, it's a main feature of Win8 afterall. Jennie's old HP Pavilion was touch enabled but Vista had no real use for that, so I'm guessing the answer is 'not much' but I know very little.
