And somehow, those few minutes between taxi'ing and completing takeoff - where everyone has to switch off their electronic devices off - seem the longest. Only a physical book can fill that gap. For that, I tend to cart around a slim volume or two I my laptop sleeve - otherwise I end up descending into the insanity of the flight magazine. The horror! The horror!

Quirky fact for you -- the South Pacific island Tuvalu has a GDP of only $31,350,804. Of this, something around $5,000,000 or $4,000,000 comes from the fact that their domain name is .tv and lots of people want to hire that. That's 13% of GDP -- making our 8% generated by internet look poor.
Sometimes it's better to be lucky than clever. :-)
The open question is, if you set up a micronation, what unused two letter combo do you choose to maximise this revenue?
