1)It was nice, a few weeks ago, to see a Settlers of Catan joke made on broadcast TV.

2) Ashton Kutchner looked much better with a beard.

Weirdly[1], I consistently find BBT laugh-out-loud funny, but can barely stand 2.5 Men - to the point that I find it hard to believe the same person is (one of those) responsible.

Possibly because the main characters in 2.5 Men are all despicable? Although Ashton's character is more of a man-child than an utter bastard, which makes him easier to like, if exasperating.
