For about ten years, the only copy of Star Wars I had was recorded from TV in the 80s and had awesomely dated adverts that I remember by heart because I watched it so much. Really bad 80s ready meals, weird adverts for beer, the Spectrum +2 and that sort of thing.

I'm kind of past caring what he does to the originals these days, they will always be the grainey recorded-off-TV versions I watched a child to me.
