So, I was off work yesterday and today.

I seem to feel fine when I'm sitting still, but standing up for more than a minute or so leads to dizziness, and more than three minutes leads to hot and cold sweats and shivering.

Any ideas?

I had the opposite of that recently - dizziness that was worse when I sat - and it was diagnosed as an inner ear infection. Perhaps something similar? Or perhaps a blood pressure thing.
